At The Brothers Western Wear, we stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Boots must show no signs of wear on the sole or upper.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return Visit our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability.
